Tera Hands, Choice Coordinator

Recruitment season is here–full throttle!  Today, FCCP attended the high School showcase at HL Watkins Middle School, Home of the Seminoles.  The 8th graders seemed extremely interested in the programs presented by PBLHS.  Biotech was represented by Kenya Trice (Senior); Early Childhood was represented by Verline Salomon (Senior); Keondre McClain (Sophomore) did a superb job explaining the gems of the Law Academy; and Medical Academy highlights were outlined by Terrence Brown (Senior).  The real treat for the PBL students was taking a picture with Teacher Academy graduate Alesia Boxill, who now is an 8th grade Language Arts teacher at Watkins!  What a thrill!  All in all, the middle schoolers asked a lot of questions and learned tons about PBL’s academies.  We are looking forward to conducting tours for those who demonstrated a particular interest in what we have to offer.
