Kagan Krazy!

Tera Hands, Choice Coordinator

The faculty and staff at PBL were Kagan trained Tuesday, November 8.  Teachers learned the art of cooperative learning as well as the difference between cooperative learning and traditional group work. After a whole day of training and practicing, the teachers were armed with everything they needed to immediately begin using Kagan and getting the most from every child in every classroom.   Many of the teachers embraced the Kagan learning strategies and began implementing them the very next day.  This excitement is evident in Ms. Gissenter’s Allied Health Assisting class.  What a fun and effective way for students to practice scheduling patients!!!  Great job, Ms. G!
