The Test for Ebola

One of the lab techniques we learn in Biotech is ELISA (ELISA = Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay). Most of us know ELISA from over-the-counter color change tests, including pregnancy and HIV tests.
Most recently, healthcare workers used this test to quickly identify the Ebola virus in blood samples.
Here are two student well plates that tested positive (blue color) for our MOCK virus.
