The Early Childhood Teacher Academy at PBL teaches students many skills–one of which is Professional Dress. Students in this academy must learn and understand the importance of a professional dress code in the field of education. The academy gear for ECTA consists of short sleeve Polo shirts containing the academy’s logo as well as a long sleeve Oxford button down shirt (also with the program logo), but from time to time, the teacher requires the education Carats to “Dress to Impress.” It is a skill that will serve them well in any arena they ultimately enter.
