FCCP visited Howell L. Watkins Middle School Thursday, October 25.  Cadet Mikaila Astacio (MC JROTC) was a true academy ambassador for her academy.  She commanded the entire room filled with excited 8th graders as she talked about the Marine Corps JROTC at PBL.  This Carat was poised and confident, both qualities that can be attributed to her training.  This shoutout is to commend  her on a JOB WELL DONE!
