The Culinary Program at PBL under the leadership of Mrs. Rheta Shaw-Smith wowed a hungry crowd at a Prime Time event.  This event was about inequality in schools for minorities and how it affects graduation rate, retention rate, and other aspects of how individuals deal with minority students.  All in attendance were thankful for the delicious meal and gracious service provided by the culinary students. Great job!
