How to apply to the Five Carat Choice Program at PBL:

1. Apply online at https://mypbchoiceapp.com/apply/
2. Create a user name and password that you will remember. If you have one from last year, you must use that.
3. Select a first choice and a second choice.
4. Be sure to enter your home and email addresses accurately.
5. Upload your most recent grades (if you are coming from a private school, including home school).
6. You may change your choices ONE TIME prior to the deadline.
7. Remember to submit your application, or it will not be considered in the lottery.
8. If you are selected for a program, you must accept the placement online AND you must return the school’s contracts.
